- Most companies & universities aren't actively recruiting high school students. Prove the unique value you can bring (skillsets, free work, etc.)
College

- Job Search Sites: Handshake, LinkedIn, Internships.com, Idealist, WayUp, Glassdoor
- Go on LinkedIn and search for posts tagged #hiring.
- Check out your school's job listing site and alumni network! Alumni may post opportunities and focus on recruiting directly from your school.
- Contact startups that were founded at your school. You can find a list in your school's entrepreneurship programs and contact relevant people on LinkedIn, email, or through the alumni network. Ex: UC Berkeley Skydeck, Harvard iLab
- Search company websites for their university recruiting page. Ex: Google, Uber, Facebook
