💼 Fiveable Job Board
✍ Round 1: Written Application (LinkedIn Post)
This round of written apps received 173+ applicants. About 23% (40 applicants) proceeded to Round 2. The paraphrased questions were:
- What is Fiveable's competitive advantage?
- Source one resource that could be beneficial to Fiveable.
- Why do you want to be Intern to the CEO? (Click the drop-down for my answer)
Tips
- Make your answer extremely specific to your company. Your answer shouldn't be able to be recycled for others.
- Create personal connections that demonstrate you would be a great fit.
- Keep your response concise (which I didn't do). Most people's responses were a quarter or third of mine, including the other interns who were chosen.
- Organize your response into key points so they're easier to remember.
